Anglo Saxon, Norse & Celtic

Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic provides a unique opportunity to explore history, language and culture while developing a broad range of skills

Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic (ASNC) is a unique course, combining historical, linguistic, and literary study of the British Isles, Scandinavia and Brittany during the early Middle Ages. You will discover medieval history while learning one or more languages and reading great works of literature in the original languages. Cambridge is the only university in the world to offer this particular combination of subjects. Full details of the course can be found on the University website.
